Currently we're looking for candidates, ambitious enough to improve themselves on the positions of: Technical Support Specialist with Spanish and English language
- Fluency in Spanish and good level of English language;
- Customer handling skills and ability to analyze problems;
- Good computer literacy and keyboard skills;
- Desire and passion to work in a multinational team.
- Consult, help and handle Spanish speaking customers by phone and e-mail;
- Analyze clients' problems and provide a relevant solution within an agreed time frame;
- Timely escalate complex cases towards other teams, when needed;
- Protect confidential and sensitive information and materials;
- Collaborate positively with other team members to provide high quality support.
