Adecco Bulgaria is one of the employers who participate in this year's National EMPOWER internship program for young leaders. As an organization, which that traditionally supports the development of young people and encourages their development as professionals, Adecco Bulgaria became one of the top companies in their sectors of the intership program of the Empower United Foundation. Adecco Bulgaria supports EMPOWER Internship program from the very beginning because its beneficiaries are the best students, as well as the best companies.

The requirements for the candidates in the program were high and the final ranking was the result of screening all documents on several stages. The selection period for the vacant position in "Pre - selection" department of Adecco Bulgaria ended with the selection of Tsvetelina Mantarova, who on Monday (on 07/19/2010) launched her six-week period of practice in the company team.

The internship program began with two weeks training, which was held at the American University of Blagoevgrad. The main focus of the training was the visit of prominent lecturers, as well as the discussions led by representatives and leaders of some of the most prominent companies and organizations operating in the country. The course aimed to develop the students' personal and professional qualities that will contribute to their realization on the labor market and allow their future growth as leaders in their community.
