Mr. Ivaylo Slavov, general manager of Adecco Bulgaria sees positive recovery signs in the USA economy. The Western European countries are also seriously affected by the crisis and the only way they can overcome the crisis is by expenses optimization, shares Mr. Slavov. The optimization can be achieved through restructuring and improved efficiency. With regards to the main specialty of Adecco – the human resources, Ivaylo Slavov commented that there is a sufficient increase in the temporary employment in Bulgaria.

Mr Slavov`s advice to the employers is to take advantage of the stagnationand to invest in employee qualification and long-term strategic plans.
