Multilingual Global Service Desk
Adecco Bulgaria runs 3 projects for Hewlett Packard and we are partnering with them on the Global Delivery Center in Sofia. We provide managed services for the Global Service Desk, as well as outsatffing and outsourcing services for the IT Operations and Cross Functional Services Pojects.
The main role of the Global Service Desk (GSD) is to provide IT support to customers via phone, email, chat and web requests. GSD is acting as a single point of contact (SPOC) for all end-users and is taking full ownership of each query.
