*** The Responsibilities include ***:

- Communication with clients on phone, email, chat- on schedule;
- Providing information or solutions for different clients requests;
- Administrating specific system, used in the project.

*** The requirements ***:

- Ability to communicate freely in English (level C1 is a must);
- Passion for providing customer service;
- Self-driven personality and ability to multitask ;
- Is a problem solver and is able to flex to different customer profiles.
