Customer Service Representative

Today we are looking for a:

Customer Service Representative with English


Responsibilities:

• Process Fulfillment Operations requests – deliver accurate resolutions to customers within defined SLA of the customer’s request;
• Ensure responsive and consistent delivery of quality resolution. Respond to assigned customer requests within 1-2 business days;
• Develop and maintain solid understanding of supply chain flows, tools associated with the license key fulfillment processes. This includes, but it is not limited to, product structure, migration paths and the entitlement systems.;
• Resolve escalations within your business day as much as possible. Ensure positive customer experience for our piece of the value chain;
• Participate and/or in the root cause of fulfillment issues. Work with team leads and associated business partners to implement process changes to prevent recurrence.;
• Demonstrate thorough understanding of licensing and related processes.

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of customer service;
• Communication skills;
• Very good English;
• MS Office applications;
• Business or economics education
