Our client produces world-leading brands, alongside trusted local names and innovative-forward thinking brands. On behalf of them, we are searching for a professional for the position of:
 
Regional sales supervisor
 
Responsibilities:
 
  • Actively knows details about each client: sales potential, payment, contacts, etc.;
  • Making the distribution routes for sales agents and decides over schedule modifications;
  • Verifies the distribution and visiting routes for each customer by the sales agents and actively intervenes in correcting any mistake;
  • Monitors clients’ promotions that we offer and OFF discounts to a special client, on a monthly and annual basis;
  • Knows and applies negotiation techniques, negotiating contractual terms within the company’s limits and propose new ways of collaboration with important clients;
  • Propose and implements new promotional campaigns of the company’s products and new ways to raise in sales;
  • Trains Sales agents about new portfolio product characteristics, new promotional campaigns, special programs within its responsibility, promotions or PR activities related to competition;
  • Supervises the promotional materials distribution: posters, umbrellas, flags, etc.;
  • Oversees the achievement of each sales agent of the campaigns that are needed to be put in place;
  • Keep an eye on the products positioning in the client’s location.

Requirements:
 
  • Previous sales experience is essential;
  • The managerial experience is an advantage;
  • Deep knowledge of the FMCG market;
  • Strong command in English;
  • Being able to organize processes and communicate on a different level.
