Position Overview
 
CloudCraze Salesforce Solution Architect is responsible for the definition, design, and build of solutions that drive business growth and productivity. The Architect works closely with all team members providing CloudCraze subject matter expertise and solutions to the most challenging software development tasks. An effective Solution Architect has a broad range of technical knowledge and will deliver services across multiple e-Commerce B2B projects, as well as providing technical leadership across the organization. The purpose of the role is to design IT solutions that meet the needs of the business following the Coca-Cola IT Architecture and Standards.
 
Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities
 
  • Translating business needs into a conceptual, logical and physical architecture design of the solution, this responsibility includes coordinating the technical teams needed to deliver the design.
  • Leading architecture and design competency for the CloudCraze Salesforce technology stack maximizing simplification and re-use lowering overall TCO.
  • Ensuring the architecture design is aligned to the Enterprise Architecture standards.
  • Working closely with developers and engineering teams resolving the most challenging tasks ensuring the proposed design is properly implemented.
  • Provide guidance and mentor junior members of the team, conduct design and code reviews
  • Proactively identify and address technical strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats across the application landscape
  • Managing the changes to the architecture (new business needs, technology changes, etc.) proven track record at managing multiple projects in fast paced cross-functional team environment.
  • Make sure solutions are compliant with Coca-Cola development and security standards.
  • Maintain architectural documentation in accordance with the global architecture team standards
  • Explain architecture standards and recommendation to business partners and drive alignment

 
Education Requirements:  Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field is required.  
 
Related Work Experience:
 
  • Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience in the IT field, at least 3 years on IT architecture role.
  • Solid experience as solution and platform architect, providing technical leadership and guidance designing enterprise software.
  • 3+ years hands-on experience with CloudCraze Salesforce configuration and custom development (Commerce Cloud, Apex, Lightning, VisualForce, JavaScript, WebServices, SOAP, REST, JSON, HTML5). Salesforce or CloudCraze Certification is a big plus.
  • Experience supporting continued maintenance of a Salesforce implementation, designing and implementing change requests and new features as requested by the business.
  • 2+ years of experience working in an Agile Scrum / DevOps development methodology.
  • Experience working in a multinational, distributed team, with in-house and external delivery resources.
