Customer Service Representative with Dutch and English

On behalf of our client, an international BPO company in Sofia, we are currently seeking bright professionals for the role of Customer Support Specialist.
Responsibilities:

• Handle Dutch speaking customers;
• Focus on customer expectations and satisfaction; 
• Prepare and analyze reports regarding customer experience;
• Collaborate with other team members to provide high-quality support;
• Working in an international and dynamic team.
Requirements:

• Fluent written & spoken Dutch language;

• Good English language skills;
• Strong time management and prioritization abilities;
• Ability to easily deal with challenging situations;
• Self-motivated and enthusiastic approach to work;
• Desire to collaborate in a team.
