Customer Support Specialist (Gaming industry)


For one of our clients, a global product company which provides casino content, we are looking for driven Customer Support Specialist with strong collaboration skills and entrepreneur mind-set.  

Key duties & responsibilities:
• Provide excellent customer service over the phone, live chat and via email;
• Respond to issues and questions;
• Daily communication with business clients and end- customers;
• Collaborate with the Technology department in regards to product issues;
• Coordinate and assist customers with deposits and withdrawals;  
• Participate in testing of new products and services.

Key requirements & qualifications:
• 1 year of relevant experience preferably in multinational environment. Previous experience in a gaming/gambling role would be an advantage;
• Excellent English- written and verbal;
• Experience with MS Office;
• Friendly and patient manner;
• Detail oriented;
• Ability to multitask and use own initiative;
• Able to spot opportunities to promote additional services.
