Manager, VIP Customers


Our client is world-known software leader for casino content. The company is one of our trusted partners with very good reputation among the candidates and excellent working conditions. 
Due to their current business needs we are searching for Manager, VIP Customers who will lead the whole customer satisfaction process and upselling activities.
 
Main duties and responsibilities:
• Managing a client base of high value players across all contact channels (emails and phone calls);
• Collaborating with Customer Support team and Marketing team;
• Promoting games, upselling existing promotions and creating bespoke ones if necessary;
• Making sure the clients are aware of their activity on out network and their tools;
• Delivering excellent service, exploring VIP customers'needs and improving the relations with them;
• Creating analysis.

What we are looking for:
• Previous experience in Account management or Customer service in a e-gaming environment- min 2 years;
• Excellent spoken and written English;
• Confidence to interact with customers through a variety of communication methods including calls and email; 
• Ability to multi-task and work independently;
• High attention to details and very good analytical skills.
