Currently for one of our clients, Adecco is looking for a bright and motivated person for the position of:
Office receptionist
Main responsibilities:

•Greet and assist customers and visitors;
•Answer and direct incoming calls to concerned staff members;
•Provide administrative support to the daily functioning;
•Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary;
•Take up other duties as assigned (travel arrangements, schedules etc.);
•Forwards information by receiving and distributing communications, collecting and mailing correspondence;
• Serve as a coordinator between the company 's service providers (law firms, brokers construction companies, supervisors, architects, designers, etc.), clients and the firms managers and employees;
• Representing the company in front of administrative bodies such as the cadaster, registration authorities, tax authorities, municipality officials, utility companies.

•University degree;
•Excellent knowledge of MS Office;
•Fluent English;
•Customer service orientation;
•Experience in the field will be a plus.
