Automotive Lubricants Sales Representative – Northeast Bulgaria

On behalf of our trusted client “TOTAL BULGARIA”, who is a major energy player, which produces and markets fuels, natural gas and low-carbon electricity, we are looking to hire:
Automotive Lubricants Sales Representative – Northeast Bulgaria
Responsibilities:
• Implement necessary actions in the assigned territory, in line with Total Bulgaria strategy, to expend Total sales in Automotive segments and reach the annual targets defined by his hierarchy.
• Insure an active prospection in the region to improve the market knowledge and attract new customers.
• Prepare and negotiate offers and sales agreements within the framework of the price policy and the delegation defined by his hierarchy.
• Implement the marketing action plan with the support of the marketing team.
• Provide marketing and technical support to customers.
• Support the development of Total distributor network.
• Collect the orders and support the customer services team to process and deliver them.
• Responsible for debts collection and credit management of his clients.
• Report periodically on SALSA (customer relationship management tool) feedback from the field: visit reports, statistics & market intelligence, price surveys, customer & prospects data base, opportunities, implemented actions.
• Participate to team meeting and committees requested by his hierarchy.
• Respects the code of conduct code and the ethic chart of the Group.
• Respect the internal procedures including Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality.
• Respect regulation in force including competition low
Qualifications / Experience required:
• University degree and experience in sales or automotive business (minimum 4 years). 
• Technical background and/or experience in lubricants business will be highly appreciated.
• Strong business ethics and team spirit.
• Good communication skills, persuasive and self-confident.
• Stress resistant, precise, organized, constructive and accountable.
• Strong ability to work independently.
• Good computers skills in Excel, Word and Power Point.
• Fluent in English and in Bulgarian (written & spoken).
• Clean driving license.
