Marketing Deployment POP Executive

For one of our clients - international company, we are looking for:

Marketing Deployment POP Executive

Main responsibilities:

- Maintain POP materials (point of purchase) on the market: collecting needs from all trade channels, communicating and placing orders to approved suppliers, maintenance of local SAP and POP database, coordination of delivery across the country installation and maintenance;
- Based on market needs investigate options for innovation and improvement, develop new POP materials coordinating the process of prototype development;
- Order of communication for POP equipment;
- Coordination of work with external suppliers responsible for installation and maintenance of POP materials in retail outlets, supplier’s management in line with BAT requirements;
- Together with Marketing Deployment manager manage the delegated POP budget: POP and maintenance budget planning and execution, vendors creation, POs creation, invoices tracking, and GRs creation, management of POPs in SAP;
- Support digital communication in retail outlets – order and coordinate distribution of video formats for communication, maintain and develop Digital Signage platform;
- Build smooth co-operation with other teams in the company, especially TM, Supply Chains, Sales, Procurement and Marketing Finance;
- Ensure quality target setting and consistent performance tracking, takes and gives feedback on a regular basis;
- Contribute to the team consistent high-performance.
Main Requirements:

- University degree;
- At least 3 years of experience in Marketing or Sales department with major international company (FMCG) on the position of Development/Trade Executive/Manager or relevant position in Marketing Function;
- Very Good planning & organizational skills;
- Very good presentation and communication skills;
- Very Good verbal and written knowledge of English;
- Advanced user MS Office skills;
- SAP knowledge is preferable;
- “B” driver license is preferable.
