Process Analyst- Shared Service Center

This year BIC has opened its Shared Services Center in Sofia and expands the team with the position of Process Analyst.

Job responsibilities:
·Create process documentation/workflows, knowledge articles and self-service guidance for Customer Service Tower
·Facilitate transition process and create the required SOPs 
·Collect and document of business requirements for project and process improvement/automation efforts
·Facilitate process workflow modeling to collaborate on process improvements, automation capabilities and clearly defined end-to-end use cases
·Review information and trends to ensure that the output of processes is achieving the desired results and that services are meeting agreed upon service levels
·Conduct maturity assessments against the process activities to highlight areas of improvement or concerns
·Identify issues and risks
·Bring inconsistencies and problems to the attention of management
·Participate in the problem resolution
·Track major incident management process and ensure adherence of the process and escalation requirements within the various support and delivery areas
·Extract reports and provide a high-level analysis of data for review
·Maintain a complete understanding of and adheres to all policies and processes
·Managing process change
·Leading process redesign workshops
·Educating business users responsible for managing and operating business processes
·Monitoring, measuring, and providing feedback on process performance
·Facilitating process workshops that involve eliciting process requirements and liaising with users
·Applying their knowledge of business process modelling notations (BPMN, EPC, BPEL) to documenting processes

Qualifications and requirements:
·Previous working experience as a Business Analyst/Process expert or similar position for 1+ years
·Excellent organizational and time management skills
·Experience with MS Visio or other process mapping tool
·Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to extensively analyze business processes and workflows 
·Experience facilitating workshops and focus groups 
·Strong business/client engagement skills 
·High level of competence with MS Office – Excel, Word, Power Point, Share Point
·Outstanding communication and presentation skills
·Critical thinker
·Creative problem solver

Desired but not mandatory:
·Lean/Six Sigma Certification.
·BPM Certification 
·BA Certification (CBAP/CCBA, BCS BA Certification, PMI-PBA, etc).Excellent organizational and time management skills
