BUSINESS UNIT MANAGER (Pharmaceutical)
For one of our trusted clients, a leading pharmaceutical company, representative of food supplements and medical products, we are now looking to hire BUSINESS UNIT MANAGER (respiratory, cardio or immune units).
Your responsibilities:
• Overall coordination of the relevant unit (respiratory, immune or cardio division) in Bulgaria
• Coordination of the national promotional teams (medical representatives, regional and brand managers)
• Identification of market opportunities
• Development, coordination and planning of campaigns for launching new products by creating a comprehensive marketing strategy
• Achieving the volume of annual goals and increase in sales
• Development of the company brands, implementation of good practices for motivation and control through strategic partners
• Strengthening market positioning of products from the company's portfolio and opening of new opportunities to increase sales through support from medical professionals
• Ensuring consistency and cost-effective sales growth by implementing established or new strategies and development of the promotion team
• Identification of goals, strategies and action plans for improving of the short-term and the long-term sales, monitoring competition activities and preparing action plans
• Analysis of the achieved results, planning and guaranteeing the quality and innovation of the promotional tools
• Participates in the preparation and approval of advertising and POS materials for the needs of the division
• Organization of conferences and participation in national specialized congresses and events; Ongoing cooperation and close relationship with the National Manager, the Sales Director and the General Manager
Requirements:
• Higher education (medicine, pharmacy, biology, chemistry)
• Experience in a similar position in the pharmaceutical sector, minimum 3 years
• Good command of English
• Proven managerial experience of sales teams
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Dynamic personality with a high degree of self-organization and initiative
• Driver's license, category B
