Our client is a product company whose platform helps retailers manage and resell returned stock without the need for return to the retailer. The platform can help international ecommerce retailers by providing warehouses all over the world. We are actively seeking a talented and experienced candidate to establish, perform and manage the client implementations function for the company’s Returns platform and to occupy the position of:

Implementation Manager

Position overview:
You will engage with clients to understand their requirements for the company’s eCommerce Returns Service and identify plans to implement the service.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Quickly gain a deep knowledge of, and be able to communicate and execute the capabilities of the company’s Global Returns Solution

• Identify and establish the Implementations function at the company

• Implement clients onto the company’s Returns solution platform

• As the company grows, establish and manage a team of Implementers

• Manage client implementations throughout entire process from requirements capture to handover to BAU, within agreed scope, budget, and time constraints

• Develop and maintain comprehensive plans to meet customer requirements and company goals

• Work closely with the globally distributed team, Onboarding PM, Sales, Application Support and Client Success to deliver clients from pre-sales through to BAU.

• Manage client and internal stakeholder expectations

• Monitor Implementation progress continuously and provide detailed updates and forecasts on measurable items, such as milestones and deliverables

• Communicate proactively to provide encouragement, identify risks and issues, and create solutions

• Stay informed of relevant trends and industry news

Requirements:
 
  • SaaS Implementations management experience is desirable
  • Minimum three years management experience in the IT field, including client management
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Aptitude for understanding technical solutions and communicating to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Able to demonstrate an understanding of API and System Integration and documentation
  • Strong leadership abilities
  • Fluent in written and verbal English
  • Confidence when talking to clients
