Order Processing Specialist Italian
Due to its business expansion one of our clients - international company with Shared Services Center in Sofia, is looking for Order Processing Specialist with Italian.
Key responsibilities:
• Create orders and manage or correct them as required while coordinating other departments/stakeholders for order fulfillment
• Update orders with additional requirements/details: e.g. fee for emergency delivery, special handling fees, containerizing, palletizing, import/export
• Support product return process in cooperation with other departments
• Manage/support order related inquiries and service requests
• Perform assigned activities as per defined timelines and accuracy parameters of the process
• Interact with client stakeholders for process improvements and metrics management
Qualifications:
• University degree
• Understanding of overall order to cash cycle
• Previous work experience in Order Processing or Order fulfillment
• Experience with SAP (including invoicing, contracts, workflows)
• Good MS Office skills
• Customer service orientation and attention to details
• Ability to work in teams, with deadlines and time pressure
