For one of our clients- UK company, we are looking for
Business Development Executive(maternity cover)
Main responsibilities:
Field based role to effectively interface with new and existing customers in order to identify and generate new and profitable business for LR to meet its growth strategies and targets;
Identify and build excellent client relationships through proactive communication and action to fulfil client expectations and meet individual annual sales targets;
Responsible for identifying and issuing quotations to meet the local and regional sales strategy and targets and adhering to Business Assurance’s agreed contractual conditions and processes;
Qualify and respond to all leads and opportunities for new and existing clients provided from the sales administration team, consultants, trade associations and current LR workforce in line with timescales and processes;
Provide regular documentation, KPI’s and data to assist with the forecasting and reporting of Sales performance against targets to support in the initiation and delivery of appropriate actions;
Provide information, feedback and sales support to assist with the efficient and effective coordination of Sales across all departments to ensure own and others’ compliance to policies and processes;
Ensure effective two-way communication with marketing to share information and data on trends, competitive information, client expectations, market information to assist in the formulation and execution of sales targets and plan(s).
Requirements:
Consultative selling skills;
Fluent level in English and Bulgarian as native speaker;
2-3 years sales experience (B2B) in IT or Telecommunication field;
Engaging and negotiating with prospective clients;
Experienced in pricing, margin and pipeline management;
Experience in identifying and generating new leads;
Sales and client relationships.
