Marketing and Sales Assistant

For one of our clients- the pharmaceutical company Sanofi, we are looking for Marketing and Sales Assistant (6 months project)
Key responsibilities
- Provide logistic and admin support to CHC team;
- Prepare supporting documentation for Interaction with HCP / HCO and promotional materials management.
- Intermediate between Business Units and Finance departments;
- Provide assistance for the organization on major field activities (in terms of logistic organization, status reporting);
- Support the organization on major Marketing and Sales activities;
- Contribute to the implementation of transversal projects.
Essential requirements:
- University Degree;
- English language skills advanced;
- Bulgarian language skills native;
- PC literacy: upper intermediate knowledge of MS office 365;
- Integrity, tenacity, resilience and adaptability in complex and often changing environment.
- Good team worker, able to build relationships within departments and functions;
- Analytical thinking, attitude focused on problem solving, time management and ability to perform multiple tasks;
- Demonstrate a high level of energy and personal responsibility for individual and team goals.
