Support Team Lead

In an objective to accelerate test management and implementation of best practices in testing, our client is now looking for an experienced Support Team Lead to join the company and lead all support activities.

Responsibilities: 

Team Lead communicates goals and deadlines to the team. Motivates the team members, assesses performance and oversees the day-to-day functions.

•    Conducts team meetings to update members on best practices and management expectations

•    Generates and shares comprehensive and detailed reports about team performance, mission-related objectives, and deadlines

•    Reviews the individual member performance and advises ways for most effective distribution of work-assignments 

•    Supervise key users relationships (IT areas forum, Communication plan, etc.) 

•    Support in the issuance of relevant KPIs and SLAs 

•    Assists management by participating in hiring processes and new team member training

•    Performs regular tasks pertaining to the specific area of expertise of the position

•    Ensure that the technical documentation from the environment is available and kept up-to-date

•    Ensure that all mains components in the environment are monitored and if not make sure that the proper monitoring will be in place

•    Ensure inventories/CMDB are accurate

Requirements: 


•    4+ years of experience in similar position

•    Very good English language skills 

•    Experience in corporate IT organization

•    Have proven track record in working for support organization / Field support services

•    Strong Team Leadership Experience

•    Knowledge: IT Operations, Incident, Request, Change and Problem management, Communication and analytical thinking.
