The Adecco Group in Bulgaria is powered by the brands of Adecco and Modis. Now we expand our operations in Bulgaria with a newly established Operations Center in Sofia and currently we are looking for motivated and self-driven person for the position of HR - Rewards Specialist.

Mission:

As a Rewards Specialist you will support the delivery of Reward strategy, governance, services and products. The Reward function is currently undergoing a significant transformation.  Therefore, this is a great opportunity for a curious, adaptable individual keen on being a part of the journey. From the start, you will be part of a team that provides consulting services and best-in-class Reward solutions to Reward Partners, Human Resources and the Business on key Reward topics. The Specialist is passionate about quality and integrated service delivery on a range of Reward topics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Reporting and analytics
  • Prepare compensation proposals, grading & benchmarking  
  • Annual compensation review data collection and administration
  • Annual Reward timeline management i.e. key activities  
  • Variable compensation technology and administration
  • Benefits and mobility administration
  • Special projects in all areas of Reward
  • Customer service satisfaction management
  • Reward communications (e.g. announcements, letters, presentations, ad hoc customer support)
  • Data management (e.g. data gathering, data analytics, data privacy, etc.)
  • Monitoring process and controls (suitability, effectiveness)

Main Requirements:
  • Experience in Human Resources (ideally in Compensation and Benefits)
  • Payroll experience is also considered
  • Minimum requirement of a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Finance, International Business Studies or equivalent
  • Fluent English
  • Knowledge of Compensation and Benefits topics
  • Some understanding of International Mobility
  • Good understanding of dashboards and reporting and data analytics
  • Word, PowerPoint, Excel, 365 - advanced
  • Friendly, positive, high energy level
  • Independent operator and also a team player
  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment
