Senior Business Analyst

For one of our trusted clients we are looking for Senior Business Analyst who will join their team of highly skilled professionals.The position requires a quality-focused and detail-oriented Business Analyst with a demonstrated track record of providing solutions for high-priority business goals .
Requirements:
- Having 4+ years of experience in IT Business analyst role
- Experienced with Scrum framework
- Understanding the principles of requirements' documentation
- Aware of Software Development Lifecycle
- Knowledgeable about Requirements Lifecycle and able to drive the requirements management process
- The one who knows Business Analysis techniques
- Having a concept of requirements' management tools
- Experienced with analyzing functional requirements and clients’ needs
- Showing sound presentation skills and abstract reasoning
- Able to facilitate, prepare and conduct elicitation sessions
- Ready to learn and develop skills while working with a little supervision
- An easy-going person loving to work in a team or standalone as needed
- Demonstrating Upper-Intermediate English level
Responsibilities:
- Defining the solution to meet the business needs
- Solution scope defining
- Specifying, verifying, and validating Functional and Non-functional requirements
- Bringing the client and project team to a common understanding of the requirements
- Acceptance of work items being done by the team
- Conducting Scrum ceremonies (Daily standups, Retro, Backlog Refinement session)
- Be a part of the team that is responsible for cooperation with the customer to define the needs, inception, new software solutions, and running proof of concept projects leading to business success, as well as leading complex, multi-disciplinary software engineering process which deliver proof of exceptional value to Company and customers
- Work closely with Program/Project Managers to confirm alignment of the requirements' management plan, with the overall project management plan for each initiative, contribute to risk management
- Facilitate discussions, ensure effective communication, and develop relationships with all project stakeholders
