Finance / Accounting Intern

The Adecco Group in Bulgaria is powered by the brands of Adecco and Modis. Now we expand our operations in Bulgaria with a newly established Operations Center in Sofia and currently we are looking for an energetic and self-driven person for the position of a Finance / Accounting Intern.
Main Responsibilities:
- Process invoices in an accurate and efficient manner according to company procedures
- Check and verify payment details (Beneficiary account, IBAN, total amount, currency, outstanding)
- Process payments and reconcile bank statements
- Conduct work in liaison with the financial controls and ensure company policies are followed
- Verify completeness and accuracy of financial documents, including ensuring proper backup and necessary approvals exist prior posting
- Adhere to the pre-agreed SLA and strive for achieving high results in terms of productivity
Key Qualifications:
- Education: Graduate or 4th year student in the field of Finance and/or Accounting
- Excellent command of English, any other languages are an additional asset
- Microsoft Office /Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint/
- Proactive, positive, self-driven, effective, curious, team-oriented
