Our client is a global IT company, offering premier class services and solutions in various  areas such as Cloud, Managed Services, Big Data, AI, IoT, Blockchain, Data Monetization and RPA. The company works in  international teams and on projects for leading global financial, automotive, telecommunications and insurance pioneers.
Currently for their needs we are looking for motivated and experienced Account/Delivery Manager to join their team in Sofia.

Among your responsibilities will be:
Establish and maintain business relationship with customers, including RFP responses and contracts negotiation
Understand customers challenges and bring innovative solutions and services to help them solve their problems
Plan and execute account business development strategies
Plan and execute sales campaigns working with the Marketing team
Oversee the delivery of projects and services to deliver customer value
Ensure that company services portfolio always reflects the dynamically changing business needs of the clients
Work with Information Security team to ensure compliance with customer’s expectations
Report activities directly to a Senior Account Manager or CEO regarding the status of account business development and delivery
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities

Our requirements:
Higher degree in information technology or business discipline
5+ years working experience in IT OR Financial Services fields
2+ account or delivery management
Ability to plan and successfully accomplish account management goals
Strong relationship management and negotiation skills
Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
Very good presentations skills
Strong problem-solving skills
*Hands-on Data management knowledge and experience is a plus
