Customer Support Specialist with French
You will be responsible for:
- Providing high-quality customer service to French speaking clients;
- Responding to external customers inquiries with timely and accurate information by chat, phone and email;
- Working with various communication channels and navigate through various system platforms.
Key Requirements:
- Excellent command of French language;
- Good command of English language;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Willingness to learn and develop;
- Good multitasking, prioritization and organizational skills;
- Ability to work in a team.
