Accountant with French or Spanish

For one of our trusted clients – an international company, we are looking for an Accountant with French or Spanish.
Responsibilities:
• Liaises with company's operations in receiving accurate billing data on time and ensuring that all and relevant approvals are received
• Verify accuracy and post customers or suppliers’ invoices using the appropriate cost centers and projects
• Reconcile accounts, research and resolve discrepancies or payment issues
• Ensure that VAT, withholding taxes and non-deductible expenses are booked correctly
• Prepare, verify, code and process invoices as per agreed timing
• Verify accuracy and completeness original invoices
• Identify in the contract and double-check in the invoice the correct value of the contract, various penalty and incentive calculators, agreed guarantees
• Maintain a list of customers and billing data and follow up on the timely invoice preparation
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field
• 1-2 years of experience on an accounting related position is preferable
• High level of French or Spanish
• High level of English
• Attention to details and accuracy, self-motivated and organized
• Previous experience with shared service centers is an advantage
