Senior Business Analyst

Currently, for one of our trusted partners - a product based company, we are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join their team of motivated and highly skilled professionals.

Among your responsibilities will be:
Be the single point of contact for our clients with whom we have on-going business contracts, understand their business needs and functionality requirements
Make an architectural design decision of how to implement the client’s requirements
Create business, functional and technical specification documents and customer workflow documents
Assist the developers in understanding the customers’ requirements
Evaluate and analyze the requirements, validate with the technical teams and developers and return a proposal for implementation and agree on the timelines
Perform tests on functionalities and troubleshoot bugs and issues
Deliver trainings for clients and their end-users on basic use of the system, the newly implemented functionalities, etc.

What we require:
University degree in Finance, Mathematics, Physics or similar
Fluency in English required. 
Minimum 3 years on similar role
Technical affinity 
Customer-driven personality with ability to work within a team environment
Excellent interpersonal skills - the person in this role would time working hands-on communicating, educating and training customers
Strong and demonstrable problem solving/analytical skills
Willingness to work in an international environment

What we consider as a plus, but not mandatory:
Knowledge and/or functional experience in IRD, Fixed Income, CRD and other types of derivatives.
Experience with SQL and Excel 
Experience in a client-facing role 
Experience and/or knowledge in energy sector and Energy trading experience would be a strong advantage
