Junior Accountant(Maternity cover)

Currently, for one of our trusted partners, we are looking for a Junior Accountant (Maternity cover), who will join their friendly and open team.
Main responsibilities:
- Ensures proper and timely document management and bookkeeping (e.g. reception, validation, processing and archiving of invoices/credit notes/other documentation, etc.);
- Coordinates archiving activities and ensures proper follow-up of Finance mailboxes – both digitally and on paper
- Prepares input data/supporting reports and calculations for P2P/Payment and R2R/Reporting activities;
- Provides timely assistance to team members and customer-oriented support for incoming queries and issues from Novartis stakeholders - both internal and external;
- Provides accurately necessary data for all reports on ad hoc basis for internal and external stakeholders;
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting ор Business administration
- 0-3 years of relevant experience
- Fluency in English
- Knowledge of basic standard Business Administration and Finance & Accounting processes;
- Microsoft Office suite - strong Excel skills
