CNC Technician
For one of our clients, an international production company, we are looking for CNC Technician.
Key responsibilities:
• Creation and maintenance of equipment related documents
• Creates programs for new products
• Diagnoses and corrects malfunctions in production machinery and test equipment
• Replaces defective components and wiring and adjusts mechanical parts, using hand tools and power tools.
• Supports the production concerning continuous improvements activities
• Validate machining processes and new product implementation
Main requirements:
• Technical high school (Technical university degree is considered an advantage)
• Previous manufacturing experience, with CNC machines
• G-code Programming with FANUC or other controllers
• Understanding mechanical measuring processes and equipment
Solid ability to read and understand mechanical drawings and assembly drawings for mechanical systems or machinery
• Solid understanding of the physical principles used in mechanical systems
• Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Strong computer skills – MS office and others.
• Good English skills
