Service Desk Specialist with German

For one of our most trusted clients we are looking for Service Desk Specialist with German.
Your responsibilities:
- Provide 1st/ 2nd level support for Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook/Profile), Windows 10 (Browser, Profile, Network, Policy), AppSense, Netlogon, Penetration tests;
- Ensure proper integration and testing of software packages, applications and client hardware;
- Work in compliance with ITIL processes (Incident/Problem/Change Management);
- Perform a high technical quality standard of the services provided.
Skills and expertise:
- Minimum 2 years of experience on similar position;
- Good experience in Microsoft client products, especially for Windows 10 and Office 365 and network;
- Basic understanding of common script languages (VbScript, Powershell);
- General ICT knowledge in Service Management (ITIL), Microsoft environment, as well as Microsoft Server Operating System;
- Structured and self-organized way of working with ability to innovate and solve problems independently;
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills with the capability to identify solutions to unusual and complex problems;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English.
