Human Resources Executive

For one of our international clients in the BPO sector and their newly opened office, we are now looking for ambitious and motivated professional to work as HR Executive.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Drive the HR Plan for the country
  • Establish and advise on local compliance and HR Policies & Processes
  • Regulate statutes of the employment law conditions & regulations
  • You will be the face of HR in multi-lingual fast-growing environment, reporting to Country HR Manager
  • Partnering with Business stakeholders in talent management
  • Recruitment & Attrition management
  • Manage the end-to-end employment lifecycle process from onboarding to offboarding
  • Ensuring that all payroll, accounting and auxiliary system requirements are met (e.g., tax filings, banking requirements, wage changes, benefits, stock and pension record keeping)
  • Sign off Payroll processing – ownership of the process from data consolidation to reviewing the payroll records
  • Managing internal HR personnel documentation
  • Participating in the optimization of HR processes and policies
  • Participating in local and global HR projects in close cooperation with Country HR Manager and Respective Global (SME) Teams
  • Dealing with the administration & communication with local vendors and suppliers
  • Managing Health & Safety agenda and its compliance
  • Maintaining data accuracy in the various systems and reporting tools
  • Resolve Employee queries (related to policy/process/payroll)
  • HR reports and presentations to Leadership

 
Responsibilities & Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years HR experience
  • Degree in Human Resources/Business Administration or Economics
  • Fluent English and Bulgarian
  • Knowledge of Bulgarian labor law and its execution
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate to internal & external customers at all levels
  • Outstanding integrity and discretion while dealing with confidential and sensitive data
  • Knowledge of Labor Legal Environment & Statutory Compliance (tax, social security, garnishments, pension, benefits, terminations)
  • Persistent/committed and able to work under time pressure
  • Organized/ time oriented, output driven, able to set priorities
  • Lead and address a multi-national culture where employees of all backgrounds feel confident and engaged
