Reporting Specialist

Due to development of one of our most trusted clients, we are looking for Reporting Specialist who will be responsible for managing current end-to-end BI solutions as well as designing new easy-to use and automated BI reports using Alteryx, Tableau and/or Power BI. The role sits alongside reporting teams for other Business Units and offers an opportunity to work within a high-performing team focused on delivering timely and quality standard management and operations reporting, ad-hoc analysis and design of new reports. 

Main responsibilities:
 
  • Develop a deep understanding of the Business unit and the delivery environment/processes/data flows
  • Understand the needs of the stakeholders and translate them into technical specifications and requirements
  • Write and manage ETLs in order to extract data from multiple internal and external data sources
  • Assembling large and complex data sets that meet functional / non-functional business requirements
  • Manage changes to current Tableau reports as requested by the end users, in alignment with key stakeholders
  • Building analytics solutions that provide valuable insights for clients end users
  • Support projects, reporting applications changes and upgrades
  • Provide insights and proposals on process and reporting improvement, standardization and simplification 


Main requirements:
 
  • Bachelor/Master in Information Management
  • Fluency in English
  • 1-3 years’ relevant experience in a dynamic environment, preferably in a SSC
  • Experience with BI tools: Alteryx, Power BI, Tableau or similar
  • Knowledge of VBA is an advantage
  • Experience in working with SAP BW or similar
  • Analytical skills 
  • Communication skills 
  • Structured and organized
