Customer Service Specialist with German language
Our client is a leading manufacturer and supplier of products for the food industry worldwide. We are looking for motivated and ambitious person to join their team as a Customer Service Specialist with German language
Key responsibilities:
• Process of client’s requests regarding products, orders, supplies or payments
• Coordination and management of customer’s requests
• Interface with customers in relation to orders, documentation, shipment tracing, etc
• Monitoring the process from order to delivery of products
• Intensive cooperation with Quality department, Sales and Logistics teams
• Written and verbal communication in German language
Requirements:
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience (in the field of client’s support)
• Excellent level in German language
• Good level in English
• Teamwork and excellent communication skills
• Computer literacy
• University degree
• Experience in the field of logistics or sales will be considered as an advantage
