For one of our trusted clients, we are currently looking for Technical Support Specialist to provide technical support to the customers of the world's biggest computer technology company.
The Technical Support Specialist will be engaged with applying diagnostic techniques to identify problems, investigate causes and recommend solutions to customers to solve the hardware and software problems encountered in use. He/she will be answering questions about installation, operation, configuration, customization, and usage of assigned products.
Key Requirements:
- Advanced English plus Fluent Dutch
- Previous experience in similar role is an advantage
- Previous experience in technical support is an advantage
- Knowledge of computing technology is an advantage
- Very good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel)
- Positive and open-minded attitude
- Eager to learn, self-motivated and goal oriented
