Accounting Team Manager

Currently we are in searching for Accounting Team Manager for one of our clients.
Scope of the role:
Responsible for the oversight of day-to-day operations of the end-to-end Record to Report process. In this role, you will build and develop a team, oversee decision-making and problem solving, collaborate with stakeholders to influence and drive change, monitor and review KPIs and metrics, and lead specific projects to drive efficiency.
Daily Responsibilities:
- Lead an operational team delivering accounting and financial reporting services.
- Facilitate stakeholder management.
- Support an internal control environment within the total compliance of all the operations and services according to internal and external regulations.
- Responsible for personnel decisions related to hiring, performance and disciplinary actions.
- Process improvement.
- Monitoring of teams’ and individual KPIs and active metrics management.
- Conducting of one-to-one meetings and providing feedback to the team members.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a Finance, Accounting or related
- Fluent English language skills
- One year of managing experience
- Accounting experience in finance operations work
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and initiative to achieve desired outcomes
