Client Coordinator with Italian
Due to further development of one of our clients, a major international company we are looking for Client Coordinator with Italian who will keep contact and support their clients.
Main responsibilities:
• Daily communication in Italian with clients in order to navigate them when creating/changing account information
• Provide online assistance for products, website, etc.
• Answer customer queries in timely and professional manner
• Collaboration with other team members and colleagues in the office
We are looking for people who are:
• Fluent in Italian and have good level of English
• Friendly with supportive approach
• Patient and communicative
• Able to easily deal with challenging situations
• Available to work from office when requested
