On behalf of our client, а fast growing company in the field of online trade, we are looking for a bright and talented person to occupy the position of
E-commerce specialist with English and German/Italian/French or Spanish
You will be responsible for:
• B2C online channel trading;
• Order execution and tracking shipments through online platforms – Amazon, Ebay, etc.;
• Written communication with clients from Europe – England, Italy, Spain, France, Germany;
• Verification of the client’s data;
• Providing high level customer care service;
• Quickly find effective solutions when assisting clients with a variety of different requests;
• Take appropriate actions to ensure that customer needs are met.
Key requirements:
• Full written proficiency in English;
• Second language – Italian, Spanish, French or German - good level;
• Experience in handling business correspondence in a professional manner;
• Good knowledge in working with MS Excel;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Strong service orientation;
• Organized, analytical and result oriented person;
