Process engineer
Due to the further development of our client, we are looking to hire Process engineer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Apply process knowledge to solve practical problems and assure execution of the technological requirements
- Analyse deviations, give proposals and lead teams for process improvement;
- Ensure the transfer of all production data from controlled documents into required systems (SAP, Waterfall, KPI files, etc.);
- Actively participate in new products development and processes implementation
- Actively participate and handle all needed data for identification and traceability of existing and new products
- Lead on projects for cost reduction, capacity increase, quality improvements of existing products, coordinate all related activities among team members
- Explain and spread the principles of continuous improvement among teams
- Own loss analysis of the line(s) and engage the line team in loss analysis, deploying loss elimination targets, and manages loss elimination activities of the line working with the line teams
- Deliver towards the plant conversion productivity target and identify opportunities to close potential gaps
- Track improvement ideas (Kaizen) and discuss with plant management details and required resources
- Observe and control processes in respect to the defined bills of materials (BOM’s)
- Spends at least 50% of the time on the shopfloor identifying and fixing problems
Key Requirements:
- Functional expertise in processes and technology
- University degree in food technology or engineering
- Previous experience in a manufacturing company, preferably FMCG
- Development potential to grow at
- Learning agility
