IT HR Partner

Currently, for one of our trusted clients, an international company, we are looking for an experienced and motivated person for the position of Recruiment Partner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct collaboration with the teams (mainly with the IT team)
- Development of Recruitment Strategies; Participate in key recruitment processes
- Support and coordinate delivery of HR strategies & plans to retain, reward and motivate employees.
- Participate in the development of HR processes and policies and tools to cope with the rapid growth;
- On-Boarding and Off-Boarding of new and existing team members;
- Working on the employer branding strategy together with the team
Requirements :
- Previous working experience as an HR and Recruiter for at least 3 years
- Team management skills;
- Excellent level of English
- Attention to detail, high level of accountability, and a strategic thinker who anticipate challenges, question reasoning and thinks critically;
- Ability to communicate clearly and be part of the team of professionals;
