Office Administrator

On behalf of our trusted client “Astound Commerce”, the world’s most trusted independent digital commerce specialist, we are looking to recruit for the company’s office in Varna:


Job Summary:
Office Administrator is responsible for organization and coordination of the office operations and procedures to ensure organizational effectiveness, efficiency and quality of internal services.

We expect you to:

•    Coordinate the office activities and related operations, as well as cooperate with other departments/functions to secure efficiency, quality and compliance to company policies.
•    Assist colleagues, provide qualified administrative services to internal clients proactively and whenever necessary.
•    Coordinate timely set-up of working places, monitor/adjust office plans, rearrange seating plans, do forecasting.
•    Negotiate with vendors and suppliers, coordinate with landlord(s).
•    Carry out the purchasing, keep stock of office and other related supplies (inventory) and place orders when necessary.
•    Maintain office and technical equipment.
•    Support the budgeting, bookkeeping, and legal procedures
•    Support the procurement procedures.
•    Design and implement office administration policies and procedures.

You must have:

•    Proven experience (2+ years) as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role
•    Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
•    Excellent organizational, time management and leadership skills
•    Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
•    Excellent knowledge of MS Office, with aptitude to learn new software and systems
•    Intermediate English level
