Human resources expert
Due to the further development of our client, international production company, we are looking to hire Human resources expert (training and development functions).
Key responsibilities:
- Providing HR operations and consultancy support on country-specifics and legally mandatory HR activities
- Contribute to continues improvement of HR systems and procedures
- Elaborate and communicate on internal staff’s problems/concerns/issues
- Advise and support the implementation of various HR projects (locally and internationally)
- Support the implementation of organizational development including change management, employees’ engagement and recognition, leadership, succession planning, etc.
- Provide in-house and external trainings and work in close collaboration with training providers
- Partner with the global people development team to support leadership development within the organization
- Take part in optimization and standardization of organization development processes and training programs
Key requirements:
- Bachelor or master’s in HR, economics, psychology, etc.
- Very good knowledge of the Bulgarian labor legislation concerning personnel administration
- At least 2-5 years working experience in personnel administration and organizational development
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English
- Very good knowledge of core HR development and training processes
