Plant Manager

Resume of the position:
Provide leadership and direction for the facility in Targovishte. Manage the implementation and alignment of regulatory, subsidiary policies, systems, processes and objectives.

Responsibilities:
 
  • Maintains the plant well-functioning and production - continuously 24/7.
  • Implements an HSE program in the facility that is compliant with subsidiary standards and ensures the facility is operated in a safe, reliable and efficient manner, preserving the environments.
  • Prepares, analyzes, and issues periodic production, process optimization and performance reports. Defines the production responsibilities at facility and defining each subordinate’s specific responsibilities.
  • Ensures that all applicable subsidiary IMS requirements are implemented at the facility. Implements the training and qualification processes. Ensures MOC procedure is applied. Run self –audits to ensure compliance with IMS and participate in the subsidiary’s audit sessions.
  • Ensures that operating manuals and facility SOPs are established according to the IMS program of the subsidiary. Appoints the writers and approvers of the facility SOP and ensures that plant documentation including Operating Manuals and SOPs are maintained up to date and are readily available to users.
  • Working understanding of process and technology used in the facility.
  • Leading operating personnel - 6 field technicians.


Requirements:
 
  • Bachelor, Technical degree or Engineering degree (Chemical or Mechanical preferred).
  • 3 - 5 years’ managerial experience in industrial environment.
  • Familiar with Safety and Regulatory requirements for process plants; Process safety; Maintenance and operational knowledge.
  • Recruitment professionalism knowledge and experiences are required.
  • Basic finance management knowledge.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Experience in leading projects.
  • Team facilitation skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Customer-oriented approach.
  • Very good analytical thinking, communication skills, teamwork and networking.
  • Computer literacy.
