Key Account Manager

Now together with our clients from Pernod Ricard a convivial, responsible, and successful global wine and spirits group with one of the most comprehensive portfolios of the industry with 240 premium brands available in over 160 countries, we are looking for good professionals who to join their sales team on one very strategic and dynamic.

The position has a double area of responsibility, on the one hand, to actively develop Pernod Ricard's Prestige portfolio on the Bulgarian market, and on the other hand to develop the e-Commerce channel.

Responsibilities:
·       Achieve maximum distribution by building awareness, applying merchandising and promotional initiatives.
·       Build an effective relationship with key stakeholders and opinion leaders in On Trade and Off Trade to convey brand awareness to customers and consumers.
·       Maintain and develop profitable business within designated accounts. Engage high net worth individuals with our Prestige brands.
·       Propose and implement the strategic plan, KPIs, activities, budget, and provide support for other activities as per Sales and Marketing requests related to the Prestige portfolio of spirits and wine brands.
·       Lead specific promotional activities aimed at ensuring proper sales, presentation, and other consumer rituals.
·       Involved in the development and implementation of a successful E-commerce strategy together with the responsible member of the Marketing team.
·       Create and follow up the Business plan and set KPI's for this new fast-developing channel. Increase Pernod Ricard's presence and sales in the channel by implementing various trade marketing and sales activities.

Education & Requirements:
·       University degree
·       Sales or marketing experience in an international company
·       Strong in communication and presentation   
·       Previous experience in E-commerce or Luxury goods companies is considered a strong plus.
·       Previous experience in the alcohol and spirits industry is considered a plus
·       Good working level of English
·       Strong analytical skills
·       Good technical skills and MS Office
·       Clean driving license
