Sales coordinator

Now together with our clients from Pernod Ricard a convivial, responsible, and successful global wine and spirits group with one of the most comprehensive portfolios of the industry with 240 premium brands available in over 160 countries, we are looking for a motivated and ambitious person to join their sales team and to be responsible for the coordination of sales activities in International retailers.
·       Involved in the preparation and correction of the Demand Plan and Budget of the IKA channel.
·       Monitors sales performance vs. plan and expenses vs. budget allocation and advises on corrective actions if needed
·       Preparing logistic data or product information forms, according to business needs.
·       Monitor performance and objectives achievement by the merchandising team.
·       Maintain contact with responsible stakeholders in IKA.
·       Monitoring of price promotions, promotional and marketing activities in the IKAs.
·       Gather and analyze information on Sell-out, Market share, stock availability and propose actions in accordance with Pernod Ricard business plan and objectives.
·       Together with the National Key Account Manager working on the promotional calendar, joint business plans for IKAs. Optimize the commercial investment resources.
·       Manage administration tasks related to sales processes. Monthly reporting, financial reporting, accruals, etc.). Usage of various information tools such as Nielsen KAI index, RMS, Online promo tracking platforms. Provide regular and detailed feedback on the results of all commercial activities and brand activations.
Education & Requirements
·       University degree
·       Sales or marketing experience in an international company
·       Previous experience in the industry is considered a strong plus
·       Good working level of English
·       Strong analytical skills
·       Good technical skills and MS Office
·       Clean driving license
