Procure To Pay (PTP) Accountant

The Adecco Group in Bulgaria is powered by the brands of Adecco and Modis. Now we expand our operations in Bulgaria with a newly established Operations Center in Sofia and currently we are looking for an energetic, and self-driven person for the position of Procure To Pay (PTP) Accountant.
Role Description:
As a PTP Accountant, you will be responsible for the accounts payable process by processing inbound invoices from both external and intercompany suppliers. Your job duties include maintaining complete and accurate record-keeping and overall support of accounting and period end close processes.
Responsibilities:
• Process internal and external accounts payable invoices
• Journal entry preparation for monthly group reporting
• Support period end process and reporting
• Intercompany & Bank reconciliations
• Invoice processing
• Responsible for other headquarter accounting tasks as needed
• Assist/Participate in other Finance projects as needed
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree (preferably in Accounting / Finance / Economics)
• Previous Accounts Payable experience
• Fluent in English
• Good understanding of the use and application of ERP systems
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Team player with good interpersonal communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently
