Their global team provides support to Global Presales organization, called RFP Center of Excellence. Currently, they have hubs in United States, Argentina, Hungary & The Philippines and also have few employees located in UK & India. Presales Support Associates

PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
  • Supports the global SAP Presales organization by answering functional, technical and security requirements in customer’s request documents.
  • Works on multiple and simultaneous requirements in a high-volume, deadline driven environment to support Presales on revenue-generating client opportunities.
  • Supports multiple SAP solutions (SuccessFactors, Ariba and S/4HANA, among others) and participates in a 14-week Onboarding training to learn about them.


EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
  • University degree (Bachelor) or relevant education in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Communication, English Studies, International Economics, IT, Engineering, or related fields
  • Excellent level in English – both written and spoken
  • Highly proficient in Outlook/ Word/ Excel
