Learning and Development Manager

Currently, for one of our trusted clients, an international company, we are looking for an experienced and motivated person for the position of Learning and Development Manager.

THE ROLE:

•    To design, implement and deliver a people development strategy in line with the company’s strategy and business plan.
•    Identify individual and team-related training needs in collaboration with managers and the HR team.
•    Develop and coordinate the execution of all learning and development-related plans for achieving the desired outcome.
•    Identify and work with external partners to develop and deliver appropriate training for enhancing the learning and development offer. 
•    Working in coordination with business managers and the recruitment team to manage succession planning and talent management.
•    Leading on the development of a culture of continuous learning and development.
•    Applying impact measured analytics to demonstrate the scale of success of learning and development and demonstrate return on investment.
•    To implement and develop the company’s performance management system; Analyze the performance data to identify training needs. 
•    To manage learning resources including the training budget to ensure maximum effectiveness of expenditure and return on investment.

REQUIREMENTS:

•    At least 3 years of experience working in a similar position related to learning & development, facilitation, and learning program management experience;
•    Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology or related area;
•    Ability to work independently and meet deadlines;
•    Excellent analytical and organizational skills;
•    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
•    Very good computer literacy and MS Office skills;
•    Excellent command of English language;
