Test Engineer

For one of our trusted clients, a company operating in the automotive industry, we are searching for Test Engineer.
Responsibilities:
- Identifies problems and do setup in Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) of finished products with integrated camera systems
- Identifies problems and do setup in Automated Haptic (Mechanical) measurement systems
- Identifies problems and do setup in automated electronic test equipment using measurement tools (e.g. multimeter, oscilloscope), as well as functional descriptions, drawings and company instructions
- Takes part in external and internal acceptance and integration of test equipment for new projects in production
- Updates technical documentation of the test and measurement equipment
- Works in close relation with R&D, Manufacturing engineers, Quality Control department and external Test equipment producers
Requirements:
- At least 2 years work experience of relevant experience on a similar position
- Bachelor degree in Electronics or Automation
- Knowledge of NI Labview and/or TestStand will be considered as an advantage
- Knowledge in montage techniques, measurement and test techniques
- Experience with tests of touchscreen display (Central Information Display) is an advantage
- Knowledge of computer programming is an advantage
- Advanced knowledge of English, German will be considered as an advantage
