Talent & Recruitment Specialist

Currently, for one of our trusted clients, we are looking for a Talent & Recruitment Specialist who will join their open and friendly team.
Main responsibilities:
- Owning the full recruiting lifecycle across a variety of open roles helping management find, hire, and retain quality talent
- Work closely with hiring managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company’s hiring needs for each position
- Creating job postings and advertising them on the company career website, job boards, online channels and other media
- Active talent searching using a variety of sourcing channels
- Arranging and conducting interviews with potential candidates to create shortlists of qualified candidates
- Liaising with industry professionals and local employment agencies
- Providing recruiting reports to team managers
- Attending job fairs and other recruitment events
Requirements:
- Previous experience in E2E recruitment processes
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills
- Experience in interviewing, Job Analysis, Negotiation & Networking
- Initiative, ownership, creativity and passion for Recruitment and HR
- Fluency in English
Serious advantages:
- Experience in IT recruitment
- International recruitment experience
- BSc in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or relevant field
